Cinnamon Buns (straight from oven). Peter Reinhart's recipe in The Bread
Baker's Apprentice. As per discussions at the news:alt.bread.recipes newsgroup, I plan to allow the dough to come together without adding additional flour as I had done for this recipe.
It came out slightly dry but improved in the microwave with the fondant glaze.

Cinnamon Buns with White Fondant Glaze (Glaze was made with 4 cups sifted confectioner's sugar with 6 tablespoons
of water and 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. I plan to use orange extract for future batches).
